重要 / Important： 本 App 的产品运营者与个人信息处理者为温岭市新河壹嘉软件开发工作室（个体工商户）（下称「运营者」「开发者」或「我们」）。 本 App 通过 Apple Developer Program（个人会员资格）上架 App Store；该个人开发者账户持有人与前述个体工商户经营者为同一自然人。 个人开发者账户仅用于苹果分发与结算通道，不改变运营者与处理者的法律身份。 本 App 面向中国大陆用户设计与合规落地，提供个人股票学习与研究工具；即使同步上架海外 App Store，个人信息处理仍以中华人民共和国法律（含《个人信息保护法》）及《隐私政策》《用户协议》为准。 请在使用前仔细阅读本支持说明与《用户协议》《隐私政策》《研究免责声明》。上述文件共同构成您与运营者之间的约定。 同意全部条款后，请继续使用本 App；如不同意全部或部分条款，请勿使用，并请立即停止使用、卸载本应用。 同意、登录或继续使用即表示您已理解并接受上述文件。 在法律允许的最大范围内，运营者及开发者就您使用或无法使用本 App 不承担任何责任，亦不提供任何赔偿、补偿、退款（Apple 法定/政策退款程序除外且由 Apple 处理）或其他金钱给付。
The operator and personal-information handler is Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship). The App is distributed via the Apple Developer Program (individual membership); the individual Apple Developer account holder and the sole proprietor are the same natural person. Even if also listed on overseas App Stores, personal-information processing remains governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (including the PIPL) and the Privacy Policy / EULA. If you agree to all terms, continue using the App; if you disagree in whole or in part, do not use the App and uninstall it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and developer assume no liability and provide no compensation or refunds except refunds approved and processed by Apple under Apple’s policies.

当您在应用内开启「AI 服务器」并允许 AI 数据共享后，分析请求直接发送至 OpenAI 官方接口（api.openai.com），
仅包含完成研究所需的最小必要信息（如股票代码、研究深度与会话状态等），不经第三方 LLM 网关转发。
研究任务编排可由运营者部署的分析引擎（如 api.walletexplain.com/ushka）处理；大模型调用仍直连 OpenAI。
关闭 AI 服务器或撤回 AI 数据共享后，将不再向该链路发送新的分析请求。
When AI Server is enabled and you allow AI data sharing, analysis requests are sent directly to OpenAI (api.openai.com), limited to the minimum data needed for research—not via a third-party LLM gateway. An analysis engine (e.g. api.walletexplain.com/ushka) may orchestrate tasks; LLM calls remain direct to OpenAI. Details: Privacy Policy.

We can help with Sign in with Apple / email accounts; AI Server and OpenAI analysis or queue issues; subscriptions, credit packs, and restore purchases (payments/refunds handled by Apple); reports, PDF export, language, notifications; and privacy / account-deletion requests.
部分功能需自动续期订阅或一次性消耗型积分包。支付由 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理；价格以 App Store 实际展示为准。
管理或取消订阅：iPhone 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅。 取消后，当前已付费周期内的权益通常可继续使用至该周期结束，后续不再自动续订。
自动续期订阅退款：请通过 Apple Report a Problem 提交。运营者及开发者无法直接操作 App Store 退款，亦不在 Apple 程序之外另行退款。 Apple 若核准，退还金额通常不超过该笔订阅交易的实付价款。
一次性消耗型积分包：购买成功并向您账户发放积分后，相关数字内容即视为已交付。 积分一经使用即不可恢复。对已交付或已消耗的积分，运营者及开发者不提供退款、折现或现金补偿。 您仍可通过 Apple 渠道提出退款请求，是否核准及金额以 Apple 政策及适用法律为准；运营者无法代为办理。

1 credit = 1 full multi-agent analysis. If the price shown in-app differs from App Store, the App Store price controls.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Subscription refunds are handled only by Apple; the operator cannot process App Store refunds separately. Consumable credit packs are considered delivered when credits are granted; used credits are non-restorable. The operator/developer does not refund delivered or consumed credits outside Apple’s process. Apple-approved refunds are typically limited to the amount actually paid for that transaction.
