本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享与保护与您相关的信息。我们采取「本地优先」设计：多数研究记录默认保存在您的设备本地； 仅在您主动开启「AI 服务器」等功能时，才会为完成分析所需向服务器传输必要信息。
USHKA is a personal research tool for multi-agent stock analysis (CN/HK/US markets). It is not investment advice, does not access brokerage accounts, and does not place live trades. We follow a local-first design: most research data stays on your device; necessary data is sent to servers only when you enable features such as “AI Server”.
We may process account identifiers (Apple/email), research inputs (tickers, depth, screener settings), App Store purchase status (handled by Apple; no full card numbers), local preferences/reports, and—only after you Allow AI data sharing and enable AI Server—minimum request data needed for analysis, transmitted via the WalletExplain gateway to OpenAI. Reference USD list prices (App Store display prevails): Basic $11.99/mo (4 analyses), Deep $29.99/mo (10 + PDF), Annual $249.99/yr (120 + PDF); credit packs $2.99 / $11.99 / $27.99 (1 / 4 / 10). One credit = one full analysis. Before the first send, the app shows an in-app Allow / Don’t Allow disclosure listing data types and recipients. We do not collect brokerage credentials, live order data, continuous precise location tracking, or IDFA for advertising.

We use information to operate research features, run AI analysis when enabled, validate entitlements, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
第三方有其独立的隐私政策。除为提供服务所必需或法律要求外，我们不会与无关第三方共享可用于识别您个人身份的信息。
Third parties include Apple (Sign in with Apple, IAP); when AI Server is enabled, analysis requests are sent via the WalletExplain gateway to OpenAI (minimum data necessary for research); plus public market-data sources and email support. We do not share personally identifying data with unrelated parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Local-first storage, HTTPS in transit, and data minimization apply. Using AI Server or certain market-data providers may involve processing outside Mainland China. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

USHKA 面向成人研究学习场景，不面向 13 周岁以下儿童（或您所在司法辖区规定的更高年龄）提供服务。 我们不会明知而收集儿童个人信息。若您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系删除。
USHKA is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required by your jurisdiction). Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child provided personal data.
我们将在 App Store Connect 的 App 隐私问卷中如实披露数据采集类型与用途。 若本政策与 App Store 隐私标签存在表述差异，以更严格保护用户的披露及本政策更新版本为准，并尽快保持一致。
We will complete Apple’s App Privacy questionnaire accurately. If there is any inconsistency with labels, we will align them promptly, applying the more user-protective interpretation in the interim.
我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后将在本页面发布，并视情况在应用内提示。 若更新导致处理个人信息的目的、方式或类型发生重大变化，我们将依法重新取得同意（如需要）。
