重要 / Important： 本 App 的产品运营者与个人信息处理者为温岭市新河壹嘉软件开发工作室（个体工商户）（下称「运营者」「开发者」或「我们」）。本 App 通过 Apple Developer Program（个人会员资格）上架 App Store；该个人开发者账户持有人与前述个体工商户经营者为同一自然人。个人开发者账户仅用于苹果分发与结算通道，不改变运营者与处理者的法律身份。本 App 面向中国大陆用户设计与合规落地，提供个人股票学习与研究工具；即使同步上架海外 App Store，个人信息处理仍以中华人民共和国法律（含《个人信息保护法》）及本政策为准。请在使用前仔细阅读本政策与《用户协议》《研究免责声明》。本政策与《用户协议》共同构成您与运营者之间的约定。 同意全部条款后，请继续使用本 App；如不同意全部或部分条款，请勿使用，并请立即停止使用、卸载本应用。 同意、登录或继续使用即表示您已理解并接受上述文件。在法律允许的最大范围内，运营者及开发者就您使用或无法使用本 App 不承担任何责任，亦不提供任何赔偿、补偿、退款（Apple 法定/政策退款程序除外且由 Apple 处理）或其他金钱给付。

The operator and personal-information handler is Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship). The App is distributed via the Apple Developer Program (individual membership); the individual Apple Developer account holder and the sole proprietor are the same natural person. Even if also listed on overseas App Stores, personal-information processing remains governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (including the PIPL) and this Policy. If you agree to all terms, continue using the App; if you disagree in whole or in part, do not use the App and uninstall it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and developer assume no liability and provide no compensation or refunds except refunds approved and processed by Apple under Apple’s policies.

1. 概述 / Overview

欢迎使用 USHKA（“.USHKA”）。USHKA 是一款面向个人学习与研究的多智能体股票研究工具，覆盖 A 股 / 港股 / 美股相关研究流程， 不提供投资建议，不接入券商账户，不提供实盘下单。

本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享与保护与您相关的信息。我们采取「本地优先」设计：多数研究记录默认保存在您的设备本地；仅在您主动开启「AI 服务器」并允许 AI 数据共享等功能时，才会为完成分析所需向相关服务传输必要信息。

USHKA is a personal research tool for multi-agent stock analysis (CN/HK/US markets). It is not investment advice, does not access brokerage accounts, and does not place live trades. We follow a local-first design: most research data stays on your device; necessary data is sent only when you enable features such as “AI Server” and allow AI data sharing.

2. 我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

2.1 您主动提供的信息

账户信息：Sign in with Apple 相关标识（若使用），或您创建的邮箱账号及用于本地校验的凭据信息。
研究输入：股票代码、市场选择、研究深度、选股条件、任务相关设置等。
订阅与内购相关信息：通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 完成的订阅或积分包购买记录由 Apple 处理；我们可能接收交易状态、产品标识等用于恢复权益所必需的信息，但不会收集或存储您的完整支付卡号。应用内参考标价（USD，以 App Store 实际展示为准）：Basic 月订 $11.99（含 4 次分析）、Deep Research 月订 $29.99（含 10 次，含 PDF）、Annual $249.99（含 120 次/年，含 PDF）；积分包 Starter $2.99（1 次）、Pack $11.99（4 次）、Bundle $27.99（10 次）。1 积分 = 1 次完整多智能体分析。
反馈信息：您通过支持邮箱主动发送的邮件内容与联系方式。
头像（可选）：若您主动使用相机或相册设置个人头像，相关图片保存在您的设备本地；我们不会将其用于广告。

2.2 设备本地存储的信息

同意状态、语言偏好、AI 服务器开关、AI 数据共享授权（允许/不允许）、通知偏好、自选列表、分析报告与任务进度缓存、模拟交易本地数据、订阅权益本地标记、本机头像等。
为保护敏感配置，部分密钥类信息可能使用系统安全存储（如 Keychain / Secure Store）保存。
若您使用系统安全能力保护本机敏感配置，相关生物特征/设备安全数据由操作系统处理，我们无法获取原始生物特征。

2.3 在您允许 AI 数据共享并开启 AI 服务器后可能传输的信息

完成多智能体分析所必需的请求数据，例如：股票代码、市场、研究深度、会话/任务状态、分析提示与中间文本、模型路由所需的最小元数据。
上述数据直接发送至 OpenAI 官方接口（api.openai.com）以生成研究结果；该过程仅传输完成研究所需的最小必要信息，不经第三方 LLM 网关转发。
研究任务编排可由运营者部署的分析引擎（如 api.walletexplain.com/ushka）处理；大模型调用仍直连 OpenAI。
首次发送前，应用内会展示全屏说明（数据类型、接收方），并提供「允许 / 不允许」；选择「不允许」时不会向 OpenAI 发送研究数据。您可在「我的 → AI 数据共享」随时查看或撤回授权。

2.4 我们不会主动收集的信息

精确地理位置持续追踪、通讯录（除非您主动使用系统分享将文件保存/发送到第三方 App）。
相册/相机：仅在您主动设置头像时按系统权限使用；不以其他目的扫描相册。
券商账户、资金账户、实盘交易指令。
用于跨 App 广告追踪的 IDFA（本应用不以广告追踪为目的）。

English summary

We may process account identifiers (Apple/email), research inputs (tickers, depth, screener settings), App Store purchase status (handled by Apple; no full card numbers), local preferences/reports/avatar, and—only after you Allow AI data sharing and enable AI Server—minimum request data needed for analysis, sent directly to OpenAI (api.openai.com). An analysis engine (e.g. api.walletexplain.com/ushka) may orchestrate tasks; LLM calls are not routed through a third-party LLM gateway. Reference USD list prices (App Store display prevails): Basic $11.99/mo (4 analyses), Deep $29.99/mo (10 + PDF), Annual $249.99/yr (120 + PDF); credit packs $2.99 / $11.99 / $27.99 (1 / 4 / 10). One credit = one full analysis. Before the first send, the app shows an in-app Allow / Don’t Allow disclosure listing data types and recipients. We do not collect brokerage credentials, live order data, continuous precise location tracking, or IDFA for advertising.

3. 信息如何使用 / How We Use Information

提供、维护与改进 USHKA 的研究、选股、任务队列、报告展示与 PDF 导出等功能；
在您开启 AI 服务器并允许数据共享后，调用 OpenAI 生成多智能体分析结果；
验证订阅/积分包权益、防止滥用；
回应支持请求、处理投诉与安全事件；
履行法律法规要求，或保护用户、开发者及公众的合法权益。

我们不会出售您的个人信息。

We use information to operate research features, run AI analysis when enabled, validate entitlements, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

4. 第三方与数据处理 / Third Parties

Apple：登录（Sign in with Apple）、App Store 内购/订阅、系统通知、相册/相机（仅头像）、系统分享与设备安全能力由 Apple 按其政策处理。
OpenAI：当 AI 服务器开启且您允许 AI 数据共享时，分析请求直接发送至 OpenAI（api.openai.com）。该过程仅传输完成研究所需的最小必要信息。OpenAI 按其自身隐私政策处理相关数据。
分析引擎：研究流程编排可使用运营者部署的引擎（如 api.walletexplain.com/ushka）；其不等于 LLM 网关。
公开行情/数据源：选股与同步可能依赖公开市场数据接口；此类请求通常涉及股票代码等非敏感研究参数。
托管与邮件：支持沟通通过 support@walletexplain.com 进行；本法律页托管于 GitHub Pages（walletexplain.github.io/ushka-legal/）。

第三方有其独立的隐私政策。除为提供服务所必需或法律要求外，我们不会与无关第三方共享可用于识别您个人身份的信息。

Third parties include Apple (Sign in with Apple, IAP, notifications, optional avatar media); when AI Server is enabled and you allow sharing, analysis requests go directly to OpenAI (minimum data necessary for research); plus an optional analysis engine for orchestration, public market-data sources, and email support. We do not share personally identifying data with unrelated parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

4A. 订阅、积分与退款说明 / Subscriptions, Credits & Refunds

部分功能需自动续期订阅或一次性消耗型积分包。支付由 Apple 处理；价格以 App Store 展示为准。

自动续期订阅：按计费周期自动续订，直至您在 Apple ID 订阅管理中取消。取消后，当前已付费周期内的权益通常可继续使用至该周期结束。订阅相关退款仅由 Apple 按其政策处理；运营者及开发者不在 Apple 程序之外另行退款。Apple 若核准，退还金额通常不超过该笔订阅交易的实付价款。
一次性消耗型积分包：购买成功并向您账户发放积分后，相关数字内容即视为已交付。积分一经使用即不可恢复。对已交付或已消耗的积分，运营者及开发者不提供退款、折现或现金补偿。您仍可通过 Apple 渠道提出退款请求，是否核准及金额以 Apple 政策及适用法律为准；运营者无法代为办理。

Auto-renewable subscriptions may be cancelled in Apple ID settings; access usually continues until the end of the paid period. Consumable credit packs are considered delivered when credits are granted; used credits are non-restorable. The operator/developer does not provide refunds outside Apple’s process. Apple-approved refunds are typically limited to the amount actually paid for that transaction.

5. 存储、安全与跨境 / Storage, Security & Cross-border

本地优先：研究记录、自选与模拟交易等默认保存在您的设备。
传输保护：与服务器通信采用 HTTPS 等行业常用加密传输。
最小化：仅处理实现功能所必需的数据；AI 相关传输可随时通过关闭「AI 服务器」或撤回 AI 数据共享停止新增传输。
跨境：若您使用 AI 服务器（OpenAI）或国际行情源，相关处理可能涉及中国境外的基础设施或服务提供方。我们将在合法、正当、必要原则下处理，并要求相关方采取合理保护措施。

请理解：任何安全措施都无法保证绝对安全。若发生可能影响您权益的安全事件，我们将依法及时告知（如适用）。

Local-first storage, HTTPS in transit, and data minimization apply. Using AI Server (OpenAI) or certain market-data providers may involve processing outside Mainland China. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. 保留期限 / Retention

本地数据：由您控制；卸载应用或使用「删除账号」将按产品设计清除本地相关数据。
服务器侧任务/日志（如有）：仅在提供服务、安全审计与合规所需的合理期限内保留，到期删除或匿名化。
支持邮件：为处理问题所必需的合理期限保留。

7. 您的权利 / Your Rights

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可以：

查阅、更正您提供的账户信息；
通过应用内「删除账号」或联系支持邮箱请求删除账户及相关数据；
关闭 AI 服务器 / 在「我的 → AI 数据共享」选择不允许，停止向分析链路发送新的研究请求数据；
通过系统设置管理通知、相册/相机等权限；
通过 Apple 账户管理订阅与购买。

行使权利请联系：support@walletexplain.com。为保障安全，我们可能需要验证请求人身份。

Subject to applicable law, you may access/correct data, delete your account, disable AI Server / deny AI data sharing in-app, manage OS permissions, and manage subscriptions via Apple. Contact support@walletexplain.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

8. 儿童隐私 / Children’s Privacy

USHKA 面向成人研究学习场景，不面向 13 周岁以下儿童（或您所在司法辖区规定的更高年龄）提供服务。我们不会明知而收集儿童个人信息。若您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系删除。

USHKA is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required by your jurisdiction). Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child provided personal data.

9. App Store 隐私营养标签说明 / App Privacy Labels

我们将在 App Store Connect 的 App 隐私问卷中如实披露数据采集类型与用途。若本政策与 App Store 隐私标签存在表述差异，以更严格保护用户的披露及本政策更新版本为准，并尽快保持一致。

We will complete Apple’s App Privacy questionnaire accurately. If there is any inconsistency with labels, we will align them promptly, applying the more user-protective interpretation in the interim.

10. 非投顾声明与 PDF 导出 / Research Disclaimer

应用内分析、辩论时间线、报告与 PDF 导出内容均由算法/AI 生成或汇总，仅供个人学习研究参考。
不构成投资建议、要约、招揽或任何形式的投顾服务。
您应独立判断并自行承担投资风险。
在法律允许的最大范围内，因依赖或使用上述内容产生的任何损失，运营者及开发者不承担任何责任，亦不提供任何赔偿或补偿。

11. 政策更新 / Changes

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后将在本页面发布，并视情况在应用内提示。若更新导致处理个人信息的目的、方式或类型发生重大变化，我们将依法重新取得同意（如需要）。若您不同意更新后的政策，请停止使用并删除账号与本机数据。
