The operator and personal-information handler is Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship). The App is distributed via the Apple Developer Program (individual membership); the individual Apple Developer account holder and the sole proprietor are the same natural person. Even if also listed on overseas App Stores, this Disclaimer and personal-information processing remain governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (including the PIPL) and the EULA / Privacy Policy. If you agree to all terms, continue using the App; if you disagree in whole or in part, do not use the App and uninstall it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and developer assume no liability and provide no compensation or refunds except refunds approved and processed by Apple under Apple’s policies.

An analysis engine (e.g. api.walletexplain.com/ushka) may orchestrate tasks; LLM calls remain direct to OpenAI. AI outputs may contain errors; disable AI Server or deny AI data sharing to stop new analysis requests.
